Refund Policy

Only under unique circumstances and under the following terms can we grant refunds:

Incompetent Delivery:

• Customers are only qualified to request a refund once the job has been delivered and all other available remedies have been tried;
• if it doesn't adhere to the project criteria (as specified or documented by the client). We promise to completely satisfy every single one of our clients, and we give limitless revisions to make sure that the delivery is up to par. To guarantee your total pleasure, we assignreassign, and rewrite your task.
• Reserve FREE Pages for the future that you may access at any moment and have the same value.

If we are still unable to fulfill your request, a mutually agreed-upon fixed percentage reimbursement will be handled (but only in instances where the delivery was absolutely incorrect).

Late Delivery:

• We pride ourselves on "on-time delivery," but if, for any reason, after at at least three attempts to reach us; If we are unable to provide the requested service on time, your refund will be processed once it has been determined through documentary evidence that the late delivery was the company's fault.

Cases in which there will be no refund:

• Refunds will be processed with mutual consent, and the company will only settle with a partial refund or discounts reserved for future purchases in cases of late delivery caused by by minor technical errors, such as grammatical, typing, word count, missing references, etc.
• Any delays caused by the customer will not be the company's fault.
• There won't be any refunds given based on the quality of the writing.
